Our new home search took roughly 6 months, and during that time Boyden Real Estate was behind us, showing us many houses to the point where I was getting really frustrated at finding a suitable house. Scott assured us not to settle for a house that was not completely what we wanted and that our dream house would come along. Well he was correct the day came and the house appeared. Scott got us a showing the next day, we put in a bid that day and to our joy the bid was excepted and we closed on the house 2 months later. After purchasing and moving into our new home Boyden Real Estate helped up get our old home ready to sell. They were able to get the necessary people to paint and refinish the wood floors. The work was done in a reasonable time and at a fair price. There were 12 bids on the house in 8 days, we accepted on and closed within 30 days. I could not be happier.
